We will use the main contact details supplied on the application to correspond with in relation to the application. In some instances we may contact your lead professional, and/or your denominational body, or a Local or Country Churches Trust, to verify details of the application or to notify them of an award.

We ask all applicants if they are happy for us to contact them in the future within the application form. The details of successful applicants are kept on record in order to monitor the grant. We will also publicise the award. This will include contacting the Press and may include using information from your application. We may also ask you to supply quotes and additional photographs.
